COOKIE POLICY

A simple approach to cookies and customer choice.

This GtoSky build does not add analytics, advertising, or personalisation cookies. The policy must be updated if the live site adds any non-essential technology.

Document version 2026-08-13

Business details are still required for a public payment launch.

This policy is structured for a UK residential repair service, but GtoSky must publish its verified legal entity, customer contact route, service coverage, VAT treatment, and complaints details before it accepts live public payments.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies and similar technologies can store or access information on a customer’s device. They may be needed for a service the customer requests, or used for analytics, advertising, preferences, security, or other purposes.

2. Current GtoSky use

The GtoSky application does not intentionally place non-essential analytics, advertising, profiling, or personalisation cookies in this build. Technical services used to provide secure hosting or a requested payment checkout may use essential security or session technologies.

If GtoSky adds analytics, advertising tags, embedded media, session replay, or other non-essential storage or access technologies, this page must list the provider, purpose, duration, and any data transfer before those technologies are enabled.

3. Consent and choices

Non-essential cookies or similar technologies should not be set until the customer has made a clear, active choice. A future consent tool must offer an equally easy way to reject non-essential cookies, change preferences, and withdraw consent.

4. Payment-provider technologies

When a customer leaves GtoSky to complete payment with the payment provider, that provider’s own privacy and cookie information will apply to the checkout it provides. GtoSky must identify the configured provider in the live privacy and payment information.

5. Related information

For information about booking and payment data, read the privacy policy. For customer support or complaints, GtoSky must publish a verified contact route on the business information page.
