ACCESSIBILITY
Booking and payment should be workable for more people.
GtoSky is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable labels, clear form feedback, and responsive layouts. The operating business must also provide a non-digital support route before public launch.
Document version 2026-08-13
1. Current design approach
The website uses labelled form controls, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, responsive menu controls, and a reduced-motion preference. We continue to test the critical booking and payment journeys as the application evolves.
2. Alternative support route
Before public launch, GtoSky must publish a working phone and email contact so customers who cannot complete the online journey can request an assisted booking or payment link. This is not yet configured in the preview.
3. Known limitations
Live third-party payment checkout is provided by the configured payment provider, so that page may have its own accessibility information and support arrangements. GtoSky should test the handoff with the actual provider before enabling live payments.
4. Feedback and reasonable adjustments
Once published, customers will be able to report an accessibility barrier or ask for an adjustment using the business contact route. The same route will appear in the business information page and help centre.
