CONSUMER RIGHTS
Your statutory rights remain in place.
This page is a plain-language summary for customers. It does not replace the consumer protections that apply to a particular booking or repair.
Document version 2026-08-13
1. Reasonable care and skill
Repair and diagnostic services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. GtoSky’s terms cannot remove the remedies a consumer has where that standard is not met.
2. Clear price and service information
Customers should receive clear information about what is being booked, the price or exact deposit, VAT treatment where applicable, appointment timing, cancellation rights, and any additional repair approval before becoming bound to pay.
3. Remedies where something goes wrong
Where the law provides it, a customer may be entitled to repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction. The suitable outcome depends on the booking, work supplied, and the circumstances. GtoSky should investigate concerns fairly through its published complaints process.
4. Commercial guarantees
Any guarantee offered by GtoSky is in addition to, not instead of, statutory rights. The scope, duration, exclusions, and claim route must be stated before GtoSky makes a guarantee claim.
5. More customer information
Read the terms and conditions, cancellation and refunds policy, and complaints policy for the practical process around a GtoSky booking.
